- The Promoter of the Lucky Draw is Australian Chinese Daily.
- Entry is open to residents of Australia (NSW only) over the age of 18 years, excluding Australian Chinese Daily, and officers or any agency associated with the promotion of the Lucky Draw and their immediate families.
- We reserve the right to verify the validity of participants at any time during or after the Competition Period, and reserve the right to disqualify any participant who is not eligible in accordance with these terms and conditions
- Enter the Lucky Draw Competition by completing and submitting an entry form.
- Entry form is available at: www.acd.com.au and in newspaper published on specific dates.
- One entry per person by website is only allowed.
- The Competition commences on 25 September 2019 at 9.00 am AEST and concludes on 25 November 2019 at 5.00 pm AEST (Competition Period).
- The draw will be conducted on 4 December 2019 at 11.00 am AEST at 327 Sussex Street Sydney NSW 2000
- Winners will be published in The Australian Chinese Daily on 6 December 2019 and be notified via the email address or contact number provided in the winning Competition entry.
- If the prize is not claimed within 5 days of publication, a redraw will be conducted. If required, the redraw will be conducted 16 December 2019 at11:00 am at 327 Sussex Street Sydney NSW 2000
- A redrawn Winner will be notified by phone within 1 days of the draw, and in writing within 2 days of draw. The name and address of the re-drawn Winner will be published in the ACD website and newspaper on 18 December 2019.
- There will be 60 Winners ( no repeat of winners). Each Winner will receive One Sea Life Entry Ticket and One Wild Life Entry Ticket.
- The approximated value of all prizes is AUD $5,280. The prize is not exchangeable, and cannot be taken or refunded as cash.
- The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist in the Sea Life and Wild Life Parks.
- This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the outcome. The outcome of Lucky Draw is officially final.
- Australian Chinese Daily reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during the competition.
- The Promoter is collecting your personal information for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, including providing any prize to you. If the Promoter cannot collect your personal information, we will not be able to enter you in the Promotion or provide you with a prize. The Promoter may also disclose your personal information to and/or collect your personal information from third parties who provide (or help the Promoter provide) products and services, including Sea Life and Wild Life Parks, as described in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (www.acd.com.au). The Promoter’s Privacy Policy also states how you can seek to access or correct your personal information and how to make a privacy complaint.
- Entrant’s personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and Winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
